Ceramic pads but do not buy the cheap ceramics Kragen has for like $20 or $30 dollars. True ceramic pads are expensive but they dust very little and your rims look a lot cleaner and make no noise vs. the metalics which they will make all kinds of noises from squeeking to grinding depending on the brand you buy and your rims get pretty dusty after a week.
