Engine Mechanical problem
2005 Volvo S60 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 95k miles

When driving I have an intermittent indication in the message centre saying NO OIL PRESSURE - Stop Safely. Having run to a halt in about a quater of a mile the light then went out! I have had this fault happen on a number of occasions on the drive back to home, and now there is a rattle sound from the head area. The car is regularly surviced and is no due for any work to be done. Uses no oil. And is trated quite gently. 2.5 litre turbo T5 model

If you have checked the oil level and the level is in the safe range, then you have an internal oil leak from the oil pick up tube seals. You will need to have the oil pan removed and replace the seals on the pick up tube and clean out the screen and remove the tube in the oil pan and replace the seals there as well. One mistake I keep seeing is that they overlook that tube inside the oil pan. Most of the time the seal is gone and forget to install a seal on each end. So when they put it back together, they still have the same problem. But that is what your problem is going to be.
