Hello
i have a volvo s40-the left knob which allows my to adjust the level of air (goes from 0-7) is constantly on. Even though I have it at "off" it is still blowing air constantly. I need to fix it.
Is it a switch? And also where is the repair work located?

You would need to have it diagnose to see if the problem is with the fan resistor or the climate unit itself. If the climate control unit needs to be replace it will need to be reprogrammed. This only applies to the electronic climate controlunit. If you hae the manuel climate unit if the switchis bad then it is replaceable.
