1993 Vlolvo 940, with 133,000 miles. My steering wheel wobbles side to side during slow speeds up to and below 35mph. It was doing this at speeds around 70 -75 until I rotated the tires. Now I dont get the wobble at higher speeds, but I do get it at lower speeds. Any ideas?
