1996 VW Jetta, 231,000 a few days ago i asked a friend to go start my car and somehow he set off the alarm and then the car wouldn't start until we fixed the drivers side lock, for some reason now the windshield wipers do not move. They don't budge at all when u try to turn them on. If u could please tell me what you think the problem is and how i go about fixing it that would be great. Thanks
