Hi, There Is a Technical Service Bulletin For your Car. Vw Says That Code Po605 Can Be Stored In memory Due To Low Battery condition. Do Not Automatically Replace The ECM For This condition. First, Perform The following: Verify That Battery Voltage And condition Are OK.(Charge And Load Test As Necessary)If Battery Voltage Is Low: Correct reasonFor low Battery Voltage. With Battery Fully Charged :Clear Any Stored Dtc. Perform Throttle Adaptation Procedure(see Repair Group24, ECMto Throttle Valve Control Module, Adaptation. Test Drive Vehicle for Approximately one half hour. If MIL Light Does Not Stay On And DtcDoes Not Return:Low battery Voltage Has Most Likely Caused The dtc To be stored. Procedure is Complete. If MIL Light Comes back On And Stays on, And Dtc Is Stored Again, Perform The Following: Replace ECM.
