My daughter hit something on the road and something (oil) was spilling from the car. The car shut down and had a msg / engine oil is low.
The oil patch is under the front pax side tire area.
What could she have punctured?
Is it serious?

Hi there,

If it is black oil it is from the engine, and if red it is from the transmission, regardless this is an urgent matter to attend to, check both levels and get off to a mechanic ASAP.
