Vibration when car sits and drives

So this morning i was driving and all a sudden my car starts shaking and losing power. I did not know what it so but thought it could be the oil. And i have not serviced the car too. So we put 400ml of oil in it. Warmed the car up for a bit then drove it was still shaking. What can this be?

The common suspect is worn spark plugs and need of a tune-up. Without a proper diagnosis, I would start with that before searching for a more elusive cause.
