Vibration under load?

If you have a bent wheel, it will likely be felt at all times and not just under a load.

As far as the axle, a failing CV joint can do this. Check to make sure none of the rubber boots over the joints are damaged and leaking grease. Also, in a safe area, from a start, turn the steering wheel fully and slowly accelerate. Oftentimes, a failing joint will make a clicking noise. Here is a link you may find of interest. Okay, I will check all that. Also, it's not in the steering but in the floor, and changes intensity from if steering is straight on highway, yes if am going over a curve which makes it worse.

Okay, if you feel it more in the floor, then chances are it is one of the rear wheels. It could be a wheel bearing. Lift one rear wheel off the ground at a time. Check to see if there is play in the bearing or if there are any broken components.

Place your hands at 3 and 9 o'clock and wiggle back and forth to check. Do the same by placing your hands at 6 and 12 o'clock.
