Vibration in steering wheel

8,000 MILES • 5.7L • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

There is a vibration in wheel at around fifty five to seventy mph Vibration also present at very slow speeds. Vibration turns to an almost grinding feeling while going uphill but no noise I can here. Wheels have been balanced three times. No clue as to what is going on.
