Hi,
Couple things to get out of the way first.
First, if you can find someone with a shop that has a vibration analyzer and they know how to use it, that will tell you what is causing the vibration and we will not have to go through a process of elimination or guessing.
Second, when they balanced the tires, did they road force balance them or was it static? Road force basically balances the tires with a simulated road applied to them so that you can ensure they are balanced driving down the road.
If the vibration is felt in the seat, then most likely that is coming from the rear. If this is the case, and we can rule out tires, then we need to measure runout on the rear rotors and hubs. There is a good chance that you have a warped or bent axle flange. Was their any damage on any of the wheels like you hit a curb?

Let me know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
