Defrost not functioning properly

Defrost always blows no matter what I do.

This is due to the mode door actuator is not functioning. The fact that it blows on defrost only is due to that being a default position when this actuator fails. So this is a safety feature that is meant to do that so that if it does fail you will always have defrost so the windows don't fog up.
