1998 Other Vauxhall Models Running problems

Hi i have a vauxhall sintra 2.2 petrol, when started in the morning runs fine then when engine warms up after two mins it starts to miss fire well sounds like it, then runs lumpy and lose power get alittle backfire noise, however i have changed spark plugs n all seem to be working fine, any ideas
