2004 Vauxhall Meriva front drivers side

There is a rubbing sound coming from the front wheel drivers side. It gets louder the faster you drive. It also gets louder when turning left. I have just had a new wheel bearing fitted to the front drivers side thinking this was the problem but the noise is still there.

Have the brake pads and disc's inspected for wear/sticking/warpage or damage !!
