Loud hissing noise from the back of the air intake?

Okay, I hear a loud hissing noise from the back of my air intake and I don't know what is missing. I will add a picture maybe you can help me. The first picture where you can see the hole I don't know what's missing and the second picture is that part that has the hole in it and I don't know what that part is.
