Loud hissing noise from the back of the air intake?

Okay, i hear a loud hissing noise from the back of my air intake and i don't know what is missing. i will add a picture maybe you can help me. the first picture where you can see the hole i don't know what's missing and the second picture is that part that has the hole in it and i don't know what that part is.
