Missing vacuum line to the Intake Runner Controller?

Intake Runner Controller vacuum line missing.

Hello, in the first diagram, is that the vacuum line you're referring to? The second is the entire Intake manifold assembly, and for the LS460 it looks like there are Intake air control valve actuators (variable Inductance Control valve), but they are electronically controlled. I don't see any runner controllers that are vacuum actuated. Or if you could take a picture. Is there a solenoid that's missing a vacuum line to it?
