Hi,
Due to the age and mileage of the vehicle, has the dealer been involved with this? I assume you work at the dealer? IF this is the case just let me know and we can work through causes of this type of issue.
However, if you are not then I would suggest getting this vehicle to the dealership ASAP because all of these repairs should be covered under warranty. Due to this vehicle being an I10 I assume you are not here in the USA but even if it is India or the UK which is where it appears this is sold in larger numbers, the vehicle should still be under warranty.
As for some basics checks that we need to do, have you check compression of the engine? If so, what are your 4 compression readings? Also, have you just recently changed the oil? If you used the incorrect oil, it could be causing issues.
Let me know and we can go from there. Thanks
