Hello,
This could be a problem with your vehicle's multi-function switch, or to be more specific the cancel actuator on the multi-function switch. When you signal, either left or right, turn, then as your vehicle's steering wheel returns to center after the turn a cam located on the steering wheel's clock-spring hits the cancel actuator and stops the turn signal from flashing. In the diagrams down below I have included the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide for your vehicle's multi-function switch. You will need to use a multi-meter in the Ohm's position to test continuity, so I have also included a link below if you are unfamiliar with how to use a multi-meter.
