Engine will not stay running?

I have the truck listed above that was stolen from me a while back. When I crank it over it starts up for a few seconds but shuts off shortly after. I already changed out the fuel pump, didn't fix the problem. I have a feeling it is something electrical because it wants to run. But it just acts like it isn't getting fuel. My father said something about replacing the 02 idle control sensor. Located on the carb on top of intake. I am open to suggestions I really need some type of transportation.
