Have a misfire on cylinder one and two, 30 lb of compression on one no compression on 247 on 3 and 150 on 4 when you start it up it runs real bad the warmer it gets. The battery runs, but it still misfires. New plugs, new wires, new coil packs, all injectors work.

Sounds as if you have a blown head gasket, and it may be leaking between number one and number two cylinders, a leak down test will prove this. Also, a wet compression test will show if it is a valve and gasket problem. Just add a small amount of engine oil into the cylinder to be tested, just a few squirts from an oil can enough to coat the rings, this will seal the rings for the test. If the compressions do no increase the leak is at the top of the engine, being gasket or valves.

Not sure, but I feel that there will be some differences, including the PCM.
