Truck making noise after hitting a pothole

Two nights ago I hit a lot of potholes coming home from work, now my truck is making a loud noise kind a sound like the alertnater is making a loud rattling noise. And I also noticed today that there is a lot of oil on some hoses under my truck. I have no idea what's the problem. I did check my oil and I do need to change it.

I had my friend check it out, here it was the alternator bearings. I never heard an alternator make that noise.
