Trouble Code P2716?

This check engine light came on after the car went through a puddle of rain, and caused some transmission shifting issues

The code was scanned, and it shows P2716. "Pressure Control Solenoid D Electrical"

I would like to know if a part has to be replaced and if so, which part it should be so I can order the correct one.

Would also like some troubleshooting information, if any. thank you

Two different transmissions were used. See pic below. Do you know which you have?

If not, could you provide the VIN so I can try to identify it?

Hi,

That helped. LOL I attached the diagnostics for testing the solenoid. Take a look through the diagnostics and let me know if you are comfortable performing them. I'm recommending this because you will need to drain the transmission fluid, remove the pan, and remove the valve body to access the part in question.

The last two pics show part locations on the valve body.
