The trip computer is showing S and the interior light is not working. It also has central locking we use the key to unlock and lock but only the drivers door is locking. I had to change the globe for the the tail and stop light on the left hand side. I do not know if I have knocked something. Just wondering if you could help me. Thanks.

Well the exterior bulb change should have no impact on the interior lamps. Your vehicle wasn't sold in the US, it's closest "cousin" was the Diamante. The wiring probably isn't close. The S and locking issue could be related. It may be telling you there is an issue with the security system.
I would start by testing the fuses, fastest way is a cheap test light. Just touch the taps that stick out of the top of the fuse. Do this with the key on and see if every fuse that has power lights up the light on both tabs.
