I noticed some oil around the gasket for this vertical pan, what a design lol. How do I go about changing it? I couldn't find any videos on it. This is the v6, and the pan has an electrical connector going through it. Also, what type of full synthetic fluid does it take, I saw few videos saying 4.5 quart or so per drain. I know where the drain plug is. Also, I see some oil around the engine oil drain plug. I will replace the crush washer, is this something common on these?

Hi,

If you look below, I attached directions for removing and replacing the main control cover. As far as the transmission fluid, the type is indicated in pic 1 below.

Take a look through the directions and let me know if you have questions.

Let me know if this helps.

Take care,

Joe
