Transmission stuck in limp mode

When the truck is cold it does just fine. But once I start driving and stop and shut the truck off the transmission goes into limp mode plus I lose use of my tachometer and speedometer. Have checked the grounds and tried swapping computers.

This sounds like the cluster is going bad. here is a video to show you how to replace it with a rebuilt/used unit:

Tried swapping clusters didn't change anything.
