Good evening.

The control relay is part of the transmission control module. You cannot service it separately.

Okay, I have a new question then. My car will not go into first gear. When you shift it into first gear it just will not move. If you put it into second or D it will drive but its like it is in limp mode. I got a p0731 code on my code reader. If you unplug what I think is the transmission resistor it will move in first gear but still seems to be in limp mode. When you first start the car the overdrive light flashes a few times. Any ideas?

Okay, possible causes listed below.

Also. Some additional information. This is not an electrical issue but either a valve body issue or worn clutches. Info below

DESCRIPTION
- This is an OBD-II self-diagnostic item and not available in TCM self-diagnosis.
- This malfunction will not be detected while the O/D OFF indicator lamp is indicating another self-diagnosis malfunction.
- This malfunction is detected when the A/T does not shift into first gear position as instructed by the TCM. This is not caused by electrical malfunction (circuits open or shorted) but by mechanical malfunction such as control valve sticking, improper solenoid valve operation, etc.
