When cold can be driven thirty miles or so then starts to act up, if you on the highway you lose the response from the pedal and every few seconds can push it and RPMs would rise enough for the car to go forward with a jerk. If in the city, you completely lose the gas pedal response, and she won't go anywhere. Turn off and on and quickly put it in gear you can move five feet then same thing. Codes are attached.

I would do a rebuilt valve body because the pressure switch is internal, that way you get the new shift solenoids as well. Here are instructions to how to change it out in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Good question, it does not need to be programmed but it will need a fast learn procedure. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

How many quarts will this take? I see it has the overflow bolt, so once temperature is where it should be if it starts to spill out its full?

Yep, that is the way it works, here is the fluid capacity - 6.5 quarts or 6.2 liters.

Let us know how it goes.

Ugh, installed a need OEM one but when I put it in drive or reverse while car still jacked up jerks so bad. Fluid full, waited until 125F and added at seeped. No codes, but when I did it a few more times I got this. I don't have a way of doing a learn since scanner does not offer it.

Try to clear the codes and take if for a drive, also you can do a hard reboot which is done by removing the negative side of the battery, with the cable loose from the negative side of the battery, hold it to the positive terminal for 1 minute this will discharge the memory capacitors in the BCM and PCM allowing the system to reboot. Let me know.

My buddy has a scanner we tried but it kept saying ensure that the scanner is communicating, battery is full charge, etc. All conditions for the learn are met, temperature of fluid, A/C off, parked on leveled ground, etc. Strange, it wants to start but says unable to communicate.

But I have driven it and it does not jerk but I am feeling there is a tiny bit of shudder as in the car moves and back moves forwards and back, same feeling you would see when you see an rpm needle moves very little up and back while at constant speed. When checking fluid level does it have to be cold or hot. I want to check it again by removing the drain plug.

Why would the TCM be out if there are no codes and car runs and drives?

Yep, it is possible. Let's check the fuse #2 in the interior fuse panel and fuse# 14 and 6 in the under-hood fuse panel, also there is a TCM control relay (RLY2) I would try to swap out as well in the same fuse panel. Is all is okay or doesn't seem to do anything and the fact that it is unable to communicate, and all fuses and grounds are okay is telling the TCM is bad.

But I told you that was before I replaced the valve body. And then after driving it none of these exist actually.
