I was driving down the road, I saw smoke, pulled over and turned car off. Turned back on, the car went into gear but wouldn't move. I got out and looked and all transmission fluid was on the ground. My car wasn't overheating when it was smoking, and it hadn't been slipping either. Had a jumpy feeling when turning on I believe. Also, there is a fluid leak for sure on the passenger side somewhere in the engine it's all wet.

Yep, it sounds like the axle seal on the passenger side when out or fell out of the transmissions case. Here are the instructions on how to replace the seal which means you will need to remove the CV axle. Please check the transmissions pan gasket while you are there. Once the repair is done refill the transmission with fluid.
