Transmission slipping after warm up. Will drive great for about five minutes then starts slipping to the point of will not move. Let cool down and it starts all over again. Checked for codes nothing but a low operating temperature code. Fluid is light brown but does not smell burnt.

You will have to get a hands on diagnosis done by a transmission specialist, there are a few tests that can be done. i would probably expect to find that the transmission has pressure or servo problems, causing the slippage, but a defined diagnosis will require a mechanic to do an inspection first.
