I was driving to work pulled up to a stop light when I went to take off again it was just like the transmission was in neutral. I tried all gears nothing. I have had the car for three years the transmission has never slipped, shifted hard, nothing. it has me baffled. all the fuses and relays are good and it is full of fluid and does not leak.

Hello,

The first thing to do is check the transmission fluid level.

Here is a guide to help you check it out:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-service-an-automatic-transmission

If the fluid level is okay we need to scan for codes. Here is a guide to help you do that as well:

Please run this test and get back to us.

Cheers, Ken
