Hi,
It really sounds like you have an broken axle, It's possible the torque converter is faulty and blow the torque converter seal and that's why there is a massive transmission fluid leak
If you are having trouble pinpointing the leak add some transmission fluid dye, (You can get this at most any parts store), it will show you were the fluid is coming from, The dye will really show up with a ultraviolet light, but you can still see without one but not as bright,
The torque converter can make your vehicle not to engage into gear and grind while putting it into park.
A broken axle will make your vehicle not move when your in Drive and grind when putting it in park, It will also make a grinding noise when you put into park because when you stop the vehicle the will keep turning causing a grinding noise,
Imagine you are driving down the road and to put your vehicle in park,( It would make a noise right)?
I'm attaching a links and videos below on common oil leaks and what signs to look for,
Let us know if this information is helpful and if you need more help and we'll get it for you.
(Note: if you can send us a video of the noise and a couple of nice picture of the bottom of the transmission it would be a big help diagnosing the transmission noise and leaks).
