Transfer case making noise?

Is there a common issue on these? when I put it in 4wd mode I hear the transfer case in the middle of the car making noises...its louder than it should.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Is sounds like the actuator is not engaging completely and it needs to be replaced here is how in the images below, also check the fluid level.
