No speedometer, no odometer. Putting in and drive, overdrive light flashes. I've checked VCC is new. I've checked for ground issues and when I jump for codes I get A65 46 and 54. I've also check for blown fuses And split wires. This was a problem that occurred just out of the blue.

In the above description of my van the year built is not correct. It is a 1995 not a 2005.

I've also pulled tens pan and checked for any signs of wear. No metal shavings in pan and no factory check plug so trans has been serviced before. Fluid wasn't burnt or low. Also pulled PCM and checked for any visual signs of being bad. Even if I turn off over drive on shifter when I put it in drive and take off it will turn on and begin to flash but won't let you turn off.
Also pulled speedometer and tested a few diodes one tested okay the other didn't. Could this be the cause of the problem as I know the VSS sensor runs from it to PCM?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Your vans transmission is controlled by a PSOM (programmable speedometer odometer module) that might be giving you trouble. I've attached pictures below of its location. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Yes, on the cluster I tested and looked for signs of a problem and in testing there was two diodes; one test okay and the other didn't.

Hello again.

Here are more tests to diagnose the problem with the PSOM (programmable speedometer odometer module). If everything checks out okay I would be more than happy to send more info to check the instrument cluster if that helps. Picture instructions attached below. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
