Trailing arm bush replacment

2003 RENAULT SCENIC
79,258 MILES • 1.6L • 4 CYL • 2WD • MANUAL

I have to replace the above bushes, as no one seems to want to do them. They all say the same thing, pig of a job. I have done (air bags leaf coil) but not torsion bar. Need some advice on best way of doing it. Thank you.
