Traction control and engine power reduced

On my 2003 Cadillac cts the traction control light and check engine light comes on and then engine power reduced comes on and cuts the car off when I try to start it again it starts but cuts right back off and after clearing the codes or letting it sit for a few minutes It starts back up and drives fine then a few days or weeks it does it again im pulling codes p1779 engine torque delivered to traction control signal p1780 torque reduction signal p1795 throttle accuator control system signal p2176 throttle accuator control system idle position not learned and throttle accuator can anyone give me any advice or suggestions

1779 and 80 may be a tcm problem or the can network not sending signal to the tcm 1795 may be the same thing or the gas pedal is causing the problem for all three. 2176 is the throttle plate positon on engine but the gas pedal may be causing this as well cause it's not getting a good signal have a local pro hook his pro scanner up so he can get a better idea because he can do things with his the auto parts type can't.
