I have a traction control light on dash. My front passenger wheel moves side to side when parked.

That is a very dangerous thing. It sounds like wheel bearing/hub or possibly ball joints. It is not something that can wait to be repaired. It is very possible for the wheel to fail and that would not be good.

Jack it up and support it on jack stands, then move the wheel/tire and look for where the motion is. If you have motion when you push in/out on the top/bottom (12 and 6) of the tire but not in other directions it's likely ball joints. If it moves only when you try to move it at the front/back (3 and 9) on the tire it is more likely tie rod related.
If you can move it in every direction it is most likely a wheel bearing. But those are only a rough guide. If it has much motion the failed part(s) should be readily apparent. Then it is somewhat simple to replace them.

You are welcome, just be sure to get it repaired. They can cause a lot of problems if they break free.
