Your truck requires 315 MHz TPMS sensors (or 433 MHz in some models). If Walmart installed aftermarket or incorrect frequency sensors, they may not be properly recognized by the system. I would try a hard system reboot to see if that doesn't fix it, this guide can help:

If this doesn't work, we need to do a CAN scan to see which codes are stored, which will point us in the right direction.
You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

I see that the smart junction box, (GEM) runs both these systems which if Walmart let the battery get low and then boosted it could have blown it out. I would feel better about getting a code though before we jump to that conclusion. Here is how to change out the SJB in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
