2006 Toyota Tacoma chirping sound

I'm hearing a chirping sound when I depress and release the clutch. Any ideas what that may be?

It's the Clutch Throwout bearing. I am on my second one as of right now and only with 61000 miles on the truck. I haven't went to my dealer yet to see if they will resolve this issue AGAIN, but am hoping they will since this is my second go round.
