1998 Toyota Supra Car Stuck In D

My 98 Toyota Supra is stuk in drive. No matter what gear I put it in the car wants to move forward the fluid hasnt been changed and the pan does not come of the fluid is black with some pink. When I do drive it. It never comes out of first and go into second

Get the transmission serviced-also have the coolant temperature/throttle position and the vehicle speed sensors checked out.
