hi, i have a toyota sienna 2002 about 60,000 miles. whenever i start the van, the idle takes a while to kick in. the idle is very low if not missing when i initially start the car and kicks in after i rev the engine or let the van sit for a while after starting. im guessing it could be the engine coolant - what do you think?
