2000 Toyota Rav4 Gas Pedal Sticks

Sometimes when pressing down on the gas pedal it sticks and I almost have to stomp on it to get it to move. It works fine sometimes and sometimes it sticks just a little. It is happening more often.
What appears to be happening and what can be done to correct it?

Thank you for the donation,

You will have to get some throttle body cleaner and clean all the fuel residue from the throttle butterfly, this is a common problem.
