Can you tell me how to change the EGR/fuel pressure regulator?

Your vehicle's fuel pressure regulator is located on the fuel pump assembly which is in the fuel tank. You will need to remove the driver's side rear seat and cover plate on floor panel for access to the pump and regulator.
