1993 Toyota Previa replacing rear brake light

How do I remove the outer light covering so I can replace the rear brake light?

Side brake lights -open the rear latch there's 2 philip head screws that's holding the brake light housing in place that you have to gently pry it-for the latch rear brakes-you need to remove the latch panel to get at it and also for the top center light.
