My toyota pickup1993 is smoking really bad when I start it and drive it I also have to put coolant in it often please help

Sounds to me like it might be a leaky intake mannifold gasket or a headgasket leak.
That would explain where the coolant is going and also itll tell you why you have that excessive smoke at start upl.
Its steam not smoke! From burning antifreeze
perform a cylinder compression test on all cylinders to find out if its headgasket or intake.
