i bought a 1993 toyota paseo for $100.00 from my neighbor. the guy who owned it before i did filled the oil all the way to the tpo, about 3 weeks later the engine started knocking so he sold it to me. now i dont know if the oil filling waS THE PROBLEM. but i just want a professionals advise. i dont want to pull the engine if i dont have to. but the knocking sounds like it is coming from the back of the engine, some people says it the engine rod, or maybe something as simple as a berring, what are some things i can check. the car has alot of potential, and is just gonna be a fixer uper..... and also the engine is shaking a little bit so im hoping that it is all one problem..
