The right flip-up light on my toyota is stuck down. Where exactly is the motor so I can manually crank it up? And once it is up, is it okay to leave it up or does it need to be down to avoid any extra problems?

The motor is directly behind the headlight assembly. It won't hurt to leave it up, just look a little wierd with one up and one down.
