Pop up lights on MR2 out of sync

Hi. I've got a UK model Toyota MR2 MK2. Year 1991. One of the relays for the pop up lights went so only one came up. Now i've got it fixed they're out of sync. I've been using the manual wind up at the back of the ligh to try and get it in time. I get it in time for a bit but the more I put the lights up and down the more out of sync it goes.

Replace the other relay too. If the relay is old it might not be giving as good connection (power) as the new one. Other than that you might have a weak motor, that could have burned up the relay in the first place

I've put them both on the same relay so thay should work together. Any other ideas?
