2000 Toyota MR2 codes and poor performance

The computer codes are P0171 and P0174 setting the engines fuel system to lean out. The 02 sensors seem to be fine. When the car is driven theres a slight hesitation at the hit of the gas petal and at full throtle in 3rd-5th gear, and the engine pings when its hot and under a load.

Confirm if there is a leak where the intake manifold and cylinder head meet between each intake runner.
