I know it is a common problem, I have had another corolla and matrix with the same code I know the what it means but what is the most common repair

This code is for the torque converter clutch solenoid. More than likely this is failing and simply needs replaced.

So, I am attaching the info below on this code which will explain the basic operation and reason for failure.

If you want to confirm this, you can check the voltage from the ECM to ensure it is being commanded on.
