'96 Corolla 4 cylinder noises

Every time I start the car I get a screaching sound. I think it might b one of the belts. I hear another similar sound when I turn the wheel all the way to park the car. Anyone know what I need and how much it would cost to fix at a shop?

Sounds like a belt noise. To replace th ebelt (serpentine) and clean the pulleys should be around 100.00
